By using Lockingood, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including program owners and publishers.
- We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with prior notice.
- Continued use of the service after changes are introduced constitutes acceptance.
Terms of Service
1 Preliminary Provisions

POLAND - These Terms are intended to outline the rules for Consumers using the Service and establish guidelines for using online services, as well as the conditions and procedures for concluding Distance Sales Agreements with the Customer through the Service.
2 Definitions
- Program Vendor(Customer) โ a natural person or a company that has an agreement with the Seller as part of the service offered by the Seller.
- Seller โ Forex-SoftProgramming Piotr Storoลผenko, based in Olsztyn, ul. Morwowa 27, postal code 10-337, NIP 7390515849, REGON 510439267.
- Service โ the online service provided by the Seller.
- Distance Agreement โ an agreement concluded with the Program Owner within the framework of an organized system for concluding distance agreements (online), without the physical presence of the parties at the same time, using one or more means of distance communication up to the conclusion of the agreement.
- Regulations / Terms โ these rules applying to the services.
- Order โ a declaration of intent made by the Program Owner using the Payment Form for the service, directly aimed at concluding a Service Sales Agreement with the Seller.
- Pay for Service" Form - an interactive form available in the service that allows an order to be placed by selecting the products covered by the service and its duration.
- Software licensing - the service offered by the Seller; the subscription that is the subject of the agreement between the Program Vendor and the Seller.
- Sales Contract / Agreement โ the Service sales contract concluded or to be concluded between the Customer and the Seller via the Online Service.

Registration - the creation of an account in the database using the Seller's online service.
An email address and password are required to create an account.
Registration is free and necessary to use the service. - Database - a collection of data of registered Consumers along with information about the services they purchased, enabling the Seller to provide these services.

4 Technical requirements

To use the service, the following are required:
a) an end-user device with Internet access and a web browser,
b) an active email account
c) enabled cookies,
d) FlashPlayer installed.
5 General information
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller shall not be held liable for disruptions, including interruptions in the operation of the online service, caused by force majeure, unauthorized actions of third parties, or incompatibility of the online service with the Customer's technical infrastructure.
- Prices listed on the website are in EUR and are gross prices.
- The Customer is informed of the final amount to be paid for the Service on the "Pay for Service" form when placing an Order, including at the moment of expressing consent to be bound by the Sales Contract.
6 Rules for Placing an Order
- Contact us and select the method of integrating your product with our service. Possible integration methods are described in the Helper page
- Upon completion of the integration, the administrator will grant you Program Vendor rights, enabling you to add your own programs to the system and pay for subscriptions to license them.
7 Performance of the Sales Contract
- To add their program to the Lockingood system, the Program Vendor uses the "Add New Program" form. Once added to the database, the program receives the status "created".
- The Program Vendor purchases a service subscription to obtain the ability to license their program. Upon receipt of payment, the service changes the program status to "active", which allows the Program Vendor's customers to use the program based on the purchased licenses.
8 Right of withdrawal from the contract
- A Consumer may withdraw from a sales contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
- The Consumer may withdraw from the Agreement by submitting a statement of withdrawal to the S eller. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the Consumer to send the statement before the period expires.
- The Seller is not obliged to accept a return if the sale concerns digital content that is not saved on a tangible medium (pursuant to Article 38 of the Act, the right to withdraw from a contract concluded off-premises or at a distance does not apply to the Consumer in this case).
- The statement may be sent electronically to the Seller's email address or submitted on the Seller's website โ the Seller's contact details are specified in ยง 3. The statement can be made using the appendix to the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, but it is not mandatory.
- If the Consumer submits the statement electronically, the Seller shall immediately send the Consumer an acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal statement to the email address provided by the Consumer.

Effects of withdrawal from the Agreement:
a) in the event of withdrawal from a distance agreement, the agreement is considered void,
b) in the event of withdrawal from the agreement, the Seller shall immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Consumer's statement of withdrawal, return all payments made by the Consumer,
c) the Seller will make the refund using the same payment methods the Consumer used in the original transaction, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to another solution that will not involve any costs for them.
9 Extrajudicial Methods of Handling Complaints and Pursuing Claims
- Detailed information regarding the possibility for a Consumer to use extrajudicial methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims, as well as the rules of access to these procedures, are available at the offices and on the websites of poviat (municipal) consumer advocates, social organizations whose statutory task is consumer protection, Voivodeship Inspectorates of the Trade Inspection (Wojewรณdzkie Inspektoraty Inspekcji Handlowej), and on the following websites of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection: http://www.uokik.gov.pl/spory_konsumenckie.php; http://www.uokik.gov.pl/sprawy_indywidualne.php and http://www.uokik.gov.pl/wazne_adresy.php.

The Consumer has the following exemplary options for using extrajudicial complaint handling and
redress mechanisms:
a. the Consumer has the right to appeal to a permanent consumer arbitration court, as referred to in Article 37 of the Act of 15 December 2000 on the Trade Inspection (Journal of Laws / Dziennik Ustaw of 2014), to resolve a dispute arising from the agreement concluded with the Seller,
b. the Consumer has the right to appeal to the voivodeship inspector of the Trade Inspection, in accordance with Article 36 of the Act of 15 December 2000 on the Trade Inspection (Dz. U. of 2014, item 148, as amended), with a request to initiate mediation proceedings for an amicable settlement of the dispute between the Consumer and the Seller.
c. the Consumer may also obtain free assistance in resolving a dispute between themselves and the Seller by utilizing the free help of a poviat (municipal) consumer advocate or a social organization whose statutory tasks include consumer protection (e.g., the Consumers' Federation, Association of Polish Consumers).
10 Personal Data in the Online Service
- The administrator of the Customers' personal data collected through the Online Service is the Seller.
- Customers' personal data collected by the administrator through the Online Service is processed for the purpose of executing the service agreement.
- If the Customer uses electronic payment methods or a payment card in the Online Service, recipients of the Customer's personal data from the Online Service may be the entity processing these payments, to whom the Administrator transfers the collected personal data.
- Customers have the right to access and correct the content of their data.
- Providing personal data is voluntary; however, failure to provide the personal data specified in the Regulations as necessary to conclude a Sales Contract will result in the inability to conclude it.
11 Final provisions
- The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the Terms of Service for important reasons, namely: changes in legal regulations, changes in methods of payment and delivery โ to the extent that these changes affect the implementation of the provisions of these Terms. The Seller shall inform the Customer of any changes at least 7 days in advance.
- In matters not regulated by these Terms, the generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular: the Civil Code; the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means; the Act on Consumer Rights; the Act on Personal Data Protection.
- The Customer has the right to use extrajudicial methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims. For this purpose, they may file a complaint via the EU online ODR platform available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
- The Service's offer does not constitute advice or recommendation within the meaning of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 October 2005 (Journal of Laws of 2005, No. 206, item 1715) concerning information constituting recommendations regarding financial instruments, their issuers or providers.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account:
- Keep your credentials confidential and do not share them.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe:
- Subscription fees are charged at the time of purchase.
- All prices are shown in EUR and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.
- You will be notified before your subscription expires.
